    VALVE BLOCKS WITH SEAT VALVES

    Our machinery park, which includes not only the usual CNC lathes and milling machines and several 5-axis machining centers, allows us to master even the most difficult tasks in turning and milling parts.

    This know how and manufacturing accuracy enables us to combine several valve bodies in one block to reduce the space requirements of the valve arrangement overall as well as the internal dead spaces significantly.

    TUBE BENDING MACHINE

    Our 3D pipe bending machine produces your customized tubular structures. Thus you can reduce the number of weld seams considerably.

    Regarding tubular structures and processing the highest quality requirements are met. All functions, axes, and speeds are programmable. So we can bend pipes in the dimensions listed below at the time.

    As necessity arises, caused by part’s design, steps with excessive lengths become necessary, which are then separated and welded together.
